Eldersource simplifies access to transportation with the TRAC service.
If you live in Monroe County, are 60 or older or have a disability, call us at 325-2800 to get the ride you need.
A TRAC counselor will tell you about your transportation options, and even arrange the ride for you.
Our help is free. Ride fees vary based on eligibility and your needs.
TRAC is a collaborative service operated by Eldersource, and partially funded by the FTA RGRTA New Freedom funds and the United Way of Greater Rochester.
