Calling all boomers!

We need your opinions!

Lifespan is partnering with Rochester Area Community Foundation on a major initiative to recruit members of the "Baby Boom" generation (those now age 45 to 63) to become mentors for Rochester's youth.

If you are within this age group, please participate in an online survey that will take under 10-minutes to complete. The purpose of the survey is to explore your generation's understanding of mentoring, the barriers to becoming a mentor, and ideas for overcoming those barriers.

Your responses will be anonymous and added to those of the many hundreds we hope will take the survey.
